User/Partner account, Password and Security:
You are the sole authorized user of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any username, password and account provided by you or us for accessing Rcivic Platform. You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, except that Rcivic may, in certain circumstances, access your account to make changes that you request, such as rescheduling a Service appointment. Rcivic has no control over the use of any User's account by the User or third parties and expressly disclaims any liability derived therefrom. Should you suspect that any unauthorized party may be using your password or account or you suspect any other breach of security, you must contact us immediately at support@rcivic.com . Nothing in this section shall affect Civic Services's rights to limit or terminate the use of the Rcivic Services Platform.
Proof of identity: You will provide us with such proof of identity as we may reasonably request from time to time.
Text messages (SMS) and cell phone numbers: By using the Rcivic Services platform, you expressly consent and agree to accept and receive communications from us, including via fax, text (SMS) messages, calls, push notifications and other reasonable means at any of your contact numbers or addresses, even if you are listed on any federal, state, provincial or other applicable "Do Not Call" list, in order that we may provide the services set forth on the Rcivic Services Platform, to service your account, to reasonably address matters pertaining to your account, including but not limited to notifying you of, or confirming, appointments that you have scheduled, or for other purposes reasonably related to your service request and our business, including marketing related emails. Standard text messaging charges applied by your cell phone carrier will apply to text messages we send. You agree to the masking process described above and to Rcivic Services’s use and disclosure of this call data for its legitimate business purposes. Your preferences and settings such as time zone and language.
Information about Your Messages
If you exchange messages with others through the Services, we may store them in order to process and deliver them, allow you to manage them, and investigate possible violations of our Terms of Service and wrongdoing in connection with the Services. If you send information from the Services to your mobile device via SMS text message, we may log your phone number, phone carrier, and the date and time that the message was processed. Carriers may charge recipients for texts that they receive.
Email: Rcivic Services may send you confirmation and other transactional emails regarding the Professional Services. Rcivic Services and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents may also send you emails about other services that we think might interest you ("Promotional Emails"). You can unsubscribe from Promotional Emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe in our email communications or contacting us.
Your content: Information you provide through our Services, including your reviews, photographs, contact information of people you add to, or notify of, your confirmations through our Services, names, and other information you provide on our Services, and other information in your account profile.
Service Delivery and Dispute handling:

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of service delivery to report claim, damage or order issue.

Rates are subject to vary based on scheduling time, availability, area and professional partners.
Your Public Posts: You also may provide information (such as ratings, reviews, tips, photos, comments, likes, bookmarks, friends, lists, etc.) to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on publicly accessible areas of our Services, or transmitted to other users of our Services or third-parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable (see "Security" section below). Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of our Services with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
